Welcome to the new Pro Loyalty program. Earn points every time you shop and redeem them for exclusive reward. Your membership tier is based on your total spend from the previous calendar year (January–December).

Your tier is reviewed every January.

If you're new to Pro Loyalty, you'll automatically join the Pro Partner tier until the next annual tier review.

Eligible accounts will earn points as they shop with us.   

The rate is determined by your tier.  

If you earned points before July 2026, they'll already be waiting in your account. We've multiplied your existing points balance by 100 to match the new rewards pricing

get rewarded

Redeem your earned points for exclusive rewards, including monthly exclusives and customer favourites. 

Points are valid for 6 months from the date they're earned. 

If you have existing banked points, you'll have until January 2027 to redeem them.'
